運送政策（Shipping Policy）

適用範圍：眼鏡維修與保養服務（來回寄件）｜Applies to: Eyewear Repairs & Maintenance Services (Inbound & Outbound Shipping)

寄送至本中心（客戶寄出眼鏡維修）

Shipping to Us (Sending Your Glasses for Repair)

  • 客戶需自行妥善包裝並將眼鏡寄送至本公司維修中心。

  • 建議使用可追蹤及具保險的快遞服務，以降低運送途中損壞或遺失風險。

  • 請於包裹內附上姓名、聯絡電話及維修服務需求說明表格。

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their eyewear to our repair center.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to prevent damage or loss in transit.

  • Please include your name, contact number, and service request form in the package.

完成後寄回（本中心寄回眼鏡）

Shipping from Us (Returning the Repaired Item)

  • 維修或保養完成後，我們將通知客戶並安排寄回。

  • 回寄運費將包含於最終費用中，除非當次服務另有推廣優惠說明。

  • 所有回寄包裹均提供追蹤編號，如需額外保險，請於付款前提出。

  • Once the repair or maintenance is complete, we will notify the customer and arrange return shipping.

  • Return shipping fees will be included in the final invoice unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

  • All return parcels are shipped with tracking. Insurance is optional and must be requested in advance.

Shipping Timeframe

  • 香港本地寄件時間約為 1–3 個工作天。

  • 海外寄件視地區而異，通常約需 7–14 個工作天。

  • Local Hong Kong deliveries typically take 1–3 working days.

  • For international clients, delivery times may vary by region (typically 7–14 working days).

運送風險與免責聲明

Shipping Risks & Disclaimer

  • 本中心會盡力確保包裝妥善與寄出時效，但對於第三方物流造成的任何延誤、遺失或損壞不承擔責任。

  • 若客戶收件後發現包裹有破損，請即時聯絡快遞公司並在 24 小時內通知我們。

  • While we take great care in packaging and dispatching repaired items, I-EyeCare is not responsible for any loss, delays, or damage caused by third-party courier services.

  • If damage occurs during shipping, please contact the courier directly and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

未領回／退件處理

Unclaimed Shipments

  • 若因收件失敗而導致包裹退回，重新寄出所產生之費用將由客戶承擔。

  • 如客戶於通知後 90 日內未領回眼鏡，本公司保留對物品的處理權利。

  • If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • If a customer fails to collect the returned eyewear within 90 days, we reserve the right to handle the item at our discretion.
