i-EyeCare / i-Repair 退款政策(Refund Policy)

維修服務 Repair Services

客戶確認報價並同意進行維修後,視為服務已開始,恕不接受取消或退款。

如因結構問題、零件停產等原因導致無法完成維修,我們將不收取維修費,並提供說明。

Once a quotation is confirmed and the customer agrees to proceed, the service is considered in progress and cancellation or refunds will not be accepted.

If the repair cannot be completed due to structural issues or unavailable parts, no service fee will be charged, and we will provide a full explanation.
保養處理(如:防指紋、防銹、防靜電塗層)
Maintenance Treatments (e.g. Anti-fingerprint, Anti-rust, Anti-static coatings)
如在處理完成後 7 日內 出現明顯問題(如塗層脫落、效果不符),請拍照聯絡我們,經評估後可獲:

免費補做一次,或
-
全額退回該項目處理費用(不含運費)
If any clear issues (e.g. peeling, ineffectiveness) occur within 7 days of treatment, please contact us with photos. Upon evaluation, we will offer either: -
One free re-application, or
-
A full refund for the specific treatment (excluding delivery charges).
零件更換與客製訂單
Part Replacements & Custom Orders

所有訂製零件與特別訂購品(如原廠鼻托、老式鉸鏈)一經確認,不設退款。

若收到之零件明顯瑕疵或與訂單不符,請在 3 日內聯絡我們,可安排重做或退款。

All custom or special-order parts (e.g. original nose pads, vintage hinges) are non-refundable once confirmed.

If the received part is clearly defective or does not match the order, please contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
退件與領取安排
Returns & Pickup Arrangements

如客戶拒絕報價而不作維修,並需退回眼鏡,來回運費由客戶自付。

自取客戶如超過 90 日未領回眼鏡,本公司將視情況保留處理物品的最終權利。

For declined quotations with no repairs requested, return shipping will be covered by the customer.

For in-store pickup orders, if eyewear is not collected within 90 days, we reserve the right to handle the unclaimed items at our discretion.

Special Notes

所有退款將於 7 個工作天內 處理,並退回原付款方式。

因人為損壞、誤用、外力撞擊造成的問題,不在退款保障範圍內。

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and returned via the original payment method.

Damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or external impact are not covered under this refund policy.
